Jaykae’s “Chop” video is historical for sure

It was four years ago that Jaykae released Where Have You Been, featuring eight tracks and appearances from Murkage Dave, TiGA, YaSeeN RosaY, and S-X. After that, he released several loose cuts, including “Heartache,” “On The Way Home” with Aitch and Bowser Boss, “Chat” with Local, and “On Top.” Apart from his own work, Jaykae offered some great bars to tracks from The Streets, Tom Zanetti, Nathan Dawe, Kida Kudz, CLIPZ, and more.

Now, the legend is back with a brand new single called “Chop (Henry the 8th),” featured by Swift Beater and comes with a video of Wowa. In this interesting medieval-esque clip, Jaykae showcases the royal namesake of the song, as wars are plotted with his crew, while they chill with gorgeous women, and he dispatches his enemies, while enjoying the advantages offered by the proverbial throne.

With amazing lyricists such as Sox, D2, Rosay, Tempa, Hitman, Tazzle, Subzee, MK, Vader, and Big Mikee, Jaykae took over the Midlands as Invasion Alert, with the creation of posse cuts and live freestyles. Unfortunately, fellow member and close mate Depzman lost his life in 2013, making him a solo artist in his own right. Later, he associated with fellow Brum emcee Dapz On The Map, to develop the Froggy EP in 2014, featuring five tracks for fans to enjoy.
