Video by Jorja Smith visualizes how important it is to feel at “Home”

This past month, Jorja Smith dropped her Be Right Back EP, featuring eight tracks and just one assist from Shaybo. Her video for “Home” shows her playing a nanny, but the video is actually a journey in which she learns that her current life isn’t fulfilling her. While singing, Jorja describes the scenarios that come to mind when realizing the house does not feel like home:

The 12-track debut LP Lost & Found, released three years ago, garnered critical acclaim and pushed Jorja Smith to the forefront of today’s soul and R&B. Additionally to hitting the charts around the world, the album helped Smith win a Brit Award for Best British Female Artist as well as a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist. Along with Lost & Found, Smith also contributed to songs by Maverick Sabra, Enny, and Brent Faiyaz’s Sonder, as well as loose cuts like “Be Honest” with Burna Boy and “Come Over” with Popcaan.
