I am pleased to announce that DaniLeigh has returned with her latest single entitled “Tasty.” This new track marks her first new release of 2023 and was co-produced by Bongo and Rance. It is no doubt one of most awaited of the year. During the song, the Miami singer cleverly compares her sexual desires to the sweetness of desserts and the savory tastes of meals in a clever arrangement:
In the year of 2022, DaniLeigh released her most recent album, My Side, a piece of work that is incredibly vulnerable and populated by tracks such as “Heartbreaker” and “Dead To Me.” Not long after the album’s release, DaniLeigh was interviewed on “The Breakfast Club” where she explained how her latest collection of songs came to be. During the time that I was creating [My Side], I was in a place in which I felt at peace. During that time, I was able to go into a space of just singing about what was going on in my head. It was something I had never done before,” she replied.
A follow up to her In My Feelings EP, My Side was released in 2020, and had five soulful cuts with the sole assistance of PARTYNEXTDOOR. A month prior to the release of DaniLeigh new album, Movie, she had released her debut EP, which included appearances by Yella Beezy, Queen Naija, Gunna, Fivio Foreign, and Ty Dolla $ign. As well as the songs she released as part of her own label, the “Lil Bebe” singer has been featured on collaborations such as “Nose Dive” with Chris Brown, “Luna” with Bella Dose, “Dominican Mami” with Fivio Foreign, and more.
