A new Blanco series was released last year by Millyz, a Massachusetts emcee who has been releasing an installment every year since 2018. With 17 hard-hitting cuts, the album also includes extra tracks by Asian Doll, 8 Zipp, Dotta The Dealer, Ygizzle, Benny The Butcher, Jazzy Amra, G Herbo, and Jadakiss. The developer has now returned to play a key role in the roll out of Blanco 5, which is due to launch later this month. The single “Rearview Mirror” is a collaboration with Jadakiss that debuted over the weekend. They set the tone for Blanco 5 on the track by combining their flows:
During this time, Millyz has continued to work on multiple projects including Pablo & Blanco, his joint EP with Dave East. In addition to the Blanco 4 LP, which landed at No. 93 on the Billboard 200 chart, this is one of his most well-received projects to date. Some of the assists he has given this year include “Knuckles” by Annoyd and “Narco” by Chris Webby.
