As we all know, in October last year, DDG dropped his new album, It’s Not Me It’s You. The album is a 12-track project that includes features from Gunna, NLE Choppa, Kevin Gates, Polo G, and Babyface Ray. Prior to this release, there were a couple singles that were well received, such as “Elon Musk” and “If I Want You.” He then returned to the fans with the deluxe edition of the album shortly afterward. In addition to the upgrade, four new songs were also included, as well as collaborations with Offset, Coi Leray, and Lakeyah.
The Michigan-born rapper DDG recently announced that he would release original music every week until the end of the year. In keeping with his promise, he has since shared loose tracks including “Vegan,” “In Love With A Mermaid,” and “Forbes List,” and an arrangement dedicated to his girlfriend, Halle Bailey. As he continues to keep his streak alive, DDG has released a new single entitled “Maybach Curtains.” The accompanying video features DDG at a dinner party at Fogo de Cho, rapping about his lifestyle and trying to convince a woman to marry him.
It was previously reported that the rapper “DDG” of “Moonwalking In Calabasas” had a variety of other interests outside of music. “As someone who is incredibly interested in the manifestation process, I knew that the first step I had to take was to win a boxing match,” he explained. Immediately after I won my match, I was able to end all the risky business and we could move forward. As a result, I put the whole of my career on the line.”
