In the midst of promoting his sophomore album Come Home the Kids Miss You, Jack Harlow is currently engaging in a heavy promotional campaign. It was just recently that he returned to the L.A. Leakers, supplying DJ Sour Milk and Justin Credible with a witty and short freestyle over Pharrell Williams’ and Snoop Dogg classic cut “Drop It Like It’s Hot”:
Come Home, the Kids Miss You, a music album featuring 15 tracks, was released earlier this month by Pharrell, Drake, Justin Timberlake, and Lil Wayne. As a result of an impressive 113,000 first-week album equivalent units sold, Louisville’s project achieved commercial success, reaching number three on the Billboard 200. Moreover, the last single from the album the Fergie-sampled “First Class,” recorded by Jasper Harris, Rogét Chahayed, Angel López, Charlie Handsome, and Harlow reached the summit of the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks, and currently features the highest streaming week of the year.
During a recent episode of The View, Harlow embarrassed himself by admitting that he didn’t know Ray J and Brandy were related. Afterward, Harlow and Brandy exchanged lighthearted banter, perhaps building the foundation for a future collaboration.
