Music star Tinashe has recently received a measure of relief from a distressing situation that has been haunting her life since 2022. A Los Angeles court has awarded her a three-year restraining order against an online stalker, Ramon Oppikofer, who had made unwanted appearances at her residence and family events.

In 2022, Tinashe started experiencing a series of unsettling incidents involving an individual named Ramon Oppikofer. The situation escalated when Oppikofer made a surprise appearance at her brother’s birthday celebration, a private family event.
Despite having no connection with Tinashe’s family, Oppikofer somehow managed to attend Tinashe’s brother’s birthday party. He handed Tinashe a room key during the event, a move that left her feeling threatened and violated. Tinashe promptly returned the key and informed law enforcement about the incident. Unfortunately, Oppikofer had vacated the area by the time authorities arrived.
Days after the birthday party incident, Oppikofer turned up at Tinashe’s residence, ringing the doorbell and causing further distress. Although he was confronted by individuals inside the house and asked to leave, this did not deter him. He returned on November 3, attempting to break into Tinashe’s home. This terrifying event led Tinashe to seek refuge in a locked room within her property, which Oppikofer allegedly tried to open.
After enduring these harrowing experiences, Tinashe decided enough was enough. She sought legal assistance, filing for a restraining order against Oppikofer. TMZ, a well-known entertainment news outlet, reported that a Los Angeles judge granted her request. The court order against Oppikofer will remain in effect until December 2026, providing Tinashe with some much-needed respite from the ongoing harassment.
