DaniLeigh is officially back on the scene after taking a brief hiatus from releasing music, and she’s announced that her new EP, My Side, will arrive on July 22. Fans were able to hear her honest “Dead To Me” single last week. A preview taste of the project was released by the Florida-born singer today (July 15), entitled “Heartbreaker.” The song speaks about learning from mistakes the first time something happens:
A recent project that DaniLeigh was involved in was 2020’s Movie. A total of 16 tracks were included in that body of work, including material from PartyNextDoor, Queen Naija, Ty Dolla $ign, Gunna and more.
Among DaniLeigh’s successful songs from 2020 were “Dominican Mami” by Fivio Foreign, “Levi High” with Da Baby, and “Monique,” which served as the soundtrack for Finish Line’s highly publicized campaign, #ShoesSoFresh. In addition to appearing in the video, DaniLeigh was joined in that effort by Lil Durk and Caleb McLaughlin.
