The deluxe edition of Babyface Ray’s latest album, FACE, was released in May and includes 28 songs plus features from Veeze, 42 Dugg, Lil Yachty, Yung Lean, Pusha T, Icewear Vezzo, G Herbo, among others. Having released his first follow-up single since then, he returns today (Aug. 12). In the new single, “Anotha One,” Babyface glides over an ominous beat with his trademark flow:
After its release, this project landed at No. 31 on the Billboard Top 200 and No. 2 on the Independent Chart, becoming his highest charting album yet. As well as releasing his own music, Babyface has been featured on a number of recent collaborations including “Mixin’ Juices” with Maxo Kream, “6 Mile Show” featuring Icewear Vezzo, and “Drive By” with Harry Fraud and French Montana. Early this year, Babyface Ray premiered Unf**kwitable, a 7-track EP featuring Kash Doll, EST Gee, and Moneybagg Yo.
