G-Eazy delivers a new visual for his song “Tulips & Roses.”

G-Eazy has returned. In the early hours of the morning (March 30), the Bay Area rapper introduced a brand-new song titled “Tulips & Roses.” The effort, which is backed by the legendary John Michael Rouchell, reveals just how confident the rapper is about his abilities.

“Tulips & Roses” also boasts a complementary visual designed by Roxana Baldovin that represents the theme perfectly. An underground clip of G-Eazy living it up in Paris with a love interest can be found in the black-and-white clip. After becoming involved with a woman who has negative intentions, it’s clear from the very beginning that things are not going well, which eventually leads to thieves getting into his residence and stealing his money.

Earlier in the year 2021, G-Eazy released his sixth studio LP, These Things Happen Too, a follow-up to his 2014 release, These Things Happen. There were 19 songs on the project, and it included a plethora of features including Anthony Hamilton, Lil Wayne, E-40, YG, Demi Lovato, Ty Dolla $ign, and more. These Things Happen Too has been re-released in a deluxe edition just a day after its original release. This edition includes 10 additional cuts and collaborations with names like EST Gee, Jack Harlow, Tyga, Chris Brown, and Tay Keith.

There was no denying G-Eazy’s attention to social media back in January when he announced what was in store for his fans.

“It is a new year, it is a new beginning, it is a new opportunity, it is a new chance, and most importantly, it is a new song,” he said. “I am eager to get back to work, to get back to where I belong, to where I belong to. My love and appreciation goes out to you all, thank you for your patience and support, I cannot thank you enough. We are here to have an incredible year. I’d really like to see that happen. It’s that time again.
