Joey BADASS has released a new video entitled “Fallin”

It was confirmed today at the Joey BADASS concert that the rapper would be releasing his new track, “Fallin,” which is a smooth, soulful offering produced by Powers Pleasant, Chuck Strangers, DJ Khalil, Adam Pallin, and McClenney. The song is a reflection of the Brooklyn talent putting his heart on his sleeve when it comes to a very special person in his life.

Back in the summer of 2022, Joey BADASS graced the masses with his third full-length studio album, 2000, as a conceptual follow-up to his breakthrough mixtape, 1999, which was released in 2012. As part of the 2000 compilation, there were 14 dope tracks and some extra features on the album from Capella Grey, Westside Gunn, Chris Brown, Larry June, and more. Both the album received a positive critical response as well as landing on a number of charts worldwide, receiving a positive response from the critics.

Prior to the arrival of 2000, Joey BADASS played the role of Carter James in a short film of a similar name, called Two Distant Strangers. Among the producers of the film were Lawrence Bender, Jesse Williams, Van Lathan, Chris Uettwiller, Terrence J, Mickey Meyer, and Diddy. During the 93rd Academy Awards in 2021, the short film directed by Travon Free and Martin Desmond Roe was pronounced to be a significant moment in time for all involved, as the film ended up winning the Best Live Action Short Film Oscar for the first time.
