Lil Baby and Gucci Mane team up for the single “Bluffin”

There has been news recently that Gucci Mane is releasing a new album, titled Breath of Fresh Air, on October 13. I do not feel that it is necessary to explain to you what the album’s title means. In order to give fans a sneak preview of what the Atlanta veteran has in store for them, Gucci Mane has released a new single titled “Bluffin,” featuring his past collaborator Lil Baby. It’s a track produced by Kuttabeatz on which 1017 head honcho tells listeners that his troubled past has influenced the direction of his music.

A video accompaniment to the song, entitled “Bluffin” from Jerry Productions, shows Guwop and Lil Baby having a great time in a Las Vegas suite while catching vibes with each other. A boxing match will also be shown to viewers as the artists take part in the event.

Gucci Mane spoke with Zane Lowe at a recent interview for Apple Music about the meaning behind his latest offering and some of the repercussions it has entails. “To be honest with you, I think now is the time for people to start hearing more of what I have to say about the game, and my advice, and my opinion about certain things,” he said. “In order to put a little game on someone like Baby, who is an idol for many children and is someone whom my readers and listeners look up to and admire, I try to put a little game on them rather than just rap about the person in question. In terms of being an artist, I feel that it is a positive step forward, because I’m confident in the lyrics.”
