As part of his return to the spotlight, Benny The Butcher is releasing “Welcome To The States,” a song and music video intended to raise funds for the Buffalo 5-14 Survivors Fund. In addition to supporting those affected by the tragic shooting at the Tops supermarket in Buffalo, which is also the hometown of Benny The Butcher, the fund also intends to provide assistance to children and families affected by the tragedy.
The Butcher talks about the harsh realities of racial inequalities faced by American citizens on the new song “Welcome To The Streets” and even mentions Gunna and Young Thug in the song:
In addition to the sale of limited edition “Pray For Buffalo” shirts, Benny The Butcher is donating 100 percent of the proceeds to the Buffalo 5-14 Survivors Fund.
Top’s Supermarkets, in partnership with National Compassion Fund, established the Buffalo 5-14 Survivors Fund. Since its establishment, it has raised nearly $2.4 million.
