The new song “Kant Nobody” by Lil Wayne features DMX

In the wake of the tragic passing of DMX, Lil Wayne has gifted fans with a new collaboration track he has done with the late DMX entitled “Kant Nobody.” The album preview was revealed by Lil Wayne yesterday. It will be featured on Tha Carter 6, it will be the sixth installment of his fan-favorite series in which he started working back in 2004. A co-production took place between the two veteran rappers on the song in which they traded bars back and forth over the beats by Avenue and Swizz Beatz.

I was fortunate enough to have the chance to interview Wayne in a recent episode of “The Zane Lowe Show” on Apple Music 1 about the progress he has been making with his forthcoming album. “It’s Tha Carter 6. I never thought I would be able to do it. It wouldn’t even have sounded right years ago if I had said that. Honestly, I can’t believe we have reached [Tha] Carter 6. I give my all to my fans, and they know it. “I’m telling you that you should listen to my last feature and you’re going to be blown away by what it’s gonna be,” he said.

In addition to Not Sorry 4 The Wait, the rapper Lil Wayne has also released two full-length projects with a total of 24 tracks behind his belt. He has earned assistance from hip hop heavyweights such as Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, and more. In 2020, he made a comeback to his fans, giving them a deluxe upgrade by including 10 new tracks, which brought the album’s total up to 33 tracks in total.

While Weezy has been busy working with his own projects, he has also been providing show-stealing verses on a variety of tracks including “Just In Time” featuring JID, “Poison” featuring Jack Harlow, “I Heard You’re Married” featuring The Weeknd, and more.
