Young Dolph’s “Celebration of Life” takes place on Thursday (Dec. 16) at 11 a.m. local time at the FedExForum in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. During the memorial, people who were close to the “Preach” spitter will give their remarks and there will be performances by artists who are signed to his Paper Route Empire record label.
Young Dolph was tragically gunned down in Nov. 2021 while making a purchase at Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies in his hometown. His fans, as well as music industry colleagues like Gucci Mane, Megan Thee Stallion, Quavo and more paid tribute to the fallen soldier immediately on social media.
Though he’s gone, may Dolph and his contributions to the culture never be forgotten.
