It’s now less than two months away until NBA YoungBoy drops his fourth studio album The Last Slimeto, a 30-song collection that’s already produced hits like “Mr. Grim Reaper,” “I Got The Bag,” “I Hate YoungBoy,” and “Don’t Rate Me” featuring Quavo. The Baton Rouge rapper has dropped yet another potential standout from his upcoming album, “She Want Chanel,” a Dmac and TnTXD production that reflects the song’s title with lyrics concerning the transient nature of the relationship:
Isaac Garcia is also responsible for the music video for “She Want Chanel,” which begins with YoungBoy dressed in a ridiculous costume entering a house. Alongside performances of the song, YoungBoy’s costumed version can be seen causing mischief in different locations as he performs.
A productive year has already begun for YoungBoy in 2022. DaBaby and YoungBoy released the joint album Better Than You back in March, featuring 12 tracks including “Neighborhood Superstar” and “Bestie.” YoungBoy had released the mixtape Colors a couple of months earlier, which peaked at number two on the Billboard 200 chart.
