Earlier this week (April 2, 2019), the Texas-born rapper was back with a brand new single, a powerful record that tells the story of how far he’s come in his musical journey thus far. A scene from the video accompanies the song, and it shows him surrounded by nature, as with most of his other offerings, often accompanied by a self-directed video. Throughout the course of the past few weeks, Tobe Nwigwe has been working hard to provide captivating visual accompaniments to each song. In the past few weeks, fans have been able to enjoy clips of a variety of songs including “LORD FORGIVE ME” in which he is joined by his wife Fat, Pharrell Williams, and Johnny Venus by EarthGang, “DESTRUCTION,” “BIG CAP,” “MINI ME,” “GET A LIL BAG,” “ROUND HERE,” and many more.
As you may know, the “BEEN BROKE” rapper Tobe Nwigwe has been nominated for a Grammy Award in the category of Best New Artist at the 65th Grammy Awards that were held earlier this year. In addition, he has been included on the official soundtrack for the film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever film.
