Toosii is preparing to unveil his forthcoming album, NAUJOUR, on June 2. The singer and songwriter just made his late-night television debut by appearing in “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” early this month, but today (May 5) he returns with a special version of his hit song “Favorite Song.” Khalid is the co-writer of this remix, which includes a new verse by Khalid:
“Toosii was excited to announce Khalid would be joining her on this track,” she stated in a press release. “ His voice has such a unique sound, which takes an already excellent song to a whole new level. It has been on my mind for a while to collaborate with him on the right track, and I think we have selected the ideal project.”
Toosii the singer of “Love Is…” released Boys Don’t Cry: Men Do in November 2022. It has been his goal since then to keep in contact with his fans by sharing loose drops such as “Magic Stick” as well as his remix of the track “Snooze” by SZA. In addition to Rod Wave supporting his “Beautiful Mind Tour,” which also featured R&B singer Mariah the Scientist as an opening act, the platinum-certified artist closed out his appearances in 2022 with Rod Wave. A few months beforehand, he was set to release the album Thank You For Believing, which features cameos from artists such as Key Glock, DaBaby and Latto.
