In “Backstage Passes,” EST Gee and Jack Harlow prove they are superstars

In a press release today (Sept. 16), EST Gee released his highly anticipated I Never Felt Nun album. A total of 21 tracks are included in the album, including tracks from Jack Harlow, Future, MGK, Bryson Tiller, and Jeezy. As part of the momentum he is generating, he has released a brand new music video for “Backstage Passes,” a fan favorite from the project. Having been directed by Cole Bennett, the newly released video shows the duo enjoying the attention of the spotlight. The first verse of the song is handled by Harlow, and she sets the tone of the song:

I Never Felt Nun follows the release of April’s Last Ones Left, which Gee released in collaboration with 42 Dugg, another member of the CMG. A solo body of work he completed last year entitled Bigger Than Life or Death was followed shortly thereafter by its sequel, Bigger Than Life or Death, Pt. 2.

It was back in May that Harlow released his sophomore album, Come Home the Kids Miss You. There were appearances from Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams, Drake, and Lil Wayne featured on 15 tracks. Having sold 113,000 album-equivalent units, Harlow’s album ranked among the top three on the Billboard 200.
