Kranium Dominates Sold Out NYC Crowd with Dancehall Hits

Kranium, a chart-topping dancehall star, showcases his sizzling singles to a sold-out crowd at Gramercy Theatre on Saturday night. The Jamaican-born singer-songwriter highlighted his hits through his flexibility and charisma with performances of classics such as: “Nobody Have to Know,” “Gyal Policy,” “Can’t Believe,” and his most recent release, “Vibes Weekend.” Leading the ladie into a sizzling summer with his trailblazing tracks, the mostly female-dominated audience sung along. Word by word the crowd got on their feet to dance to the catchy rhythms.

Fellow dancehall hitmakers Serani, Capella Grey, and Alandon made surprise stage appearances with Kranium for several duets and solo shows. Kranium was joined by his band Melody Gad Band. As well as DJ Bully and Polish, who kept the party going all night.

Kranium, who is known for his fusion of dancehall, reggae, R&B, and pop, has been making waves in the music industry since his 2013 breakout banger “Nobody Have to Know”. Since then, he has released several albums and EPs, including Midnight Sparks (2019) and Toxic (2021). He has also collaborated with artists like Ty Dolla $ign, Wizkid, Tory Lanez, Rotimi, and Major Lazer. 

Nonetheless, his NYC show arrived as a standout stoponhis Vibes Weekend Tour. In fact, the tour will continue to cities across the US and Canada. Furthermore, the Dancehall staple is currently on a media run promoting his latest single “Vibes Weekend” which can be heard on tour as well.
