It has been a while since D-Block Europe built fresh momentum with recent singles such as “Tears In My Amiri’s” and “Barbie.” While the London collective did not disappoint, on Thursday (March 9), they released “1 on 1,” an infectious track that features the production of Dirtbike LB. The melodic track features Young Adz and LB showcasing their high-end lifestyles with boastful lines regarding their lavish lifestyles.
This latest video for D-Block Europe single, “1 on 1,” features this group riding around a city in identical Lamborghini SUVs that William Thomas directed for the song. There are also instances where the pair can be seen lounging in a fly residence and enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony.
There was a lot of excitement during the release of D-Block Europe sophomore album, Lap 5, which featured 16 tracks with some notable guests on the record such as Ed Sheeran and Ghost Killer Track. In lieu of the release of their home alone mixtape series in 2021, the duo had previously released the second installment of their Home Alone mixtape series, which featured AJ Tracey, Jordan Morris, Offset, Tiny Boost, Wretch 32, M Huncho, Tion Wayne, Central Cee, as well as Lil Pino, a frequent collaborator of DBE. The group recently collaborated with rising star Clavish for a hard-hitting track titled “Rocket Science,” which reached the top 10 on the U.K. Official Singles Chart after peaked at No. 9 on the American chart.
