“Mama’s Hand” is updated as an acoustic rendition by Queen Naija.

A year ago, Queen Naija released her self-titled EP to set the scene for her upcoming career. As a result, Queen has now turned to the vault for a new rendition of a standout track from the album, “Mama’s Hand.” To coincide with Mother’s Day weekend, Queen recently unveiled an acoustic version of the 2018 song. Additionally, she has released a visualizer featuring her and her sons spending some quality time together, playing Queen’s timeless lyrics:

As part of her remarks, the singer also took the opportunity to express her gratitude for her role as a mother. “I wanted to create something different and created an acoustic rendition of ‘Mama’s Hand,’” she writes. It’s been a blessing to share my love with TWO gorgeous boys and I couldn’t be more grateful that God trusted me to raise them. It was back in 2020 when Queen Naija launched her misunderstood project, which included 18 tracks with contributions from Toosii, Jacquees, Pretty Vee, Mulatto, Russ, Lucky Daye, Kiana Ledé, and more. In addition to reaching No. 1 on Billboard’s R&B Albums chart, the project made it into the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart. Included on the album are Queen classics like “Butterflies Pt. 2” as well as “Pack Lite.”
