It was revealed on Thursday (Jan. 19) that D-Block Europe is releasing a new single via their label Maps of Europe called “Tears In My Amiri’s,” a track that boasts the production of Marko Lenz, Nathaniel London, and Alek Beats. Like previous releases, the infectious offering contains a wide range of melodic lines that describe both the struggles of the past as well as the achievements of the present:
“My Amiris, Tears In My Eyes” comes with a matching visual created by William Thomas that accompanies the track. In the video I’ll be showing you shots of Young Adz riding around Paris in a pink Lamborghini Urus that he rides around in. During the second half of the clip, D-Block Europe and Dirtbike LB meet up in a recording studio, where they spend some time together.
A multi-song body of work by D-Block Europe was released last fall with the release of the group’s sophomore LP, Lap 5, featuring Ghost Killer Track and Ed Sheeran. A year prior to that, the duo dropped the second installment in their Home Alone mixtape series. This included additional contributions from such music luminaries as Offset, AJ Tracey, Central Cee, Tiny Boost, Jordan Morris, Wretch 32, M Huncho, Tion Wayne, and DBE alum Lil Pino. In the past few months, they have collaborated with rising star Clavish to release a new single, “Rocket Science,” a hard-hitting number which reached No. 9 on the U.K. Billboard singles chart.
