SXNTYLR Shines On Sizzling Single “Pull Up” feat. HG Locks

Serenading souls worldwide is none other than SXNTYLR (pronounced Sean Taylor)! Singer-songwriter, trumpeter, dancer, and actor of Jamaican descent SXNTYLR has been trailblazing through the industry and shows no signs of stopping! Keeping fans and listeners on their toes, SXNTYLR delivers a new sizzling single “Pull Up” that’s heating up the winter. The reminiscently raved record samples Mystikal’s 2000 shattering single “Danger (Been So Long),” but with an Afrobeat twist. Tapping into his trumpet he fuses his Jamaican roots into his latest offering.

SXNTYLR Creates “Classentic” Classics

Continuously moving the masses, his music is a beautiful blend of R&B, Dancehall, Hip-Hop, and Black American Music (BAM) — formerly known as Jazz. When describing his unique signature sound, SXNTYLR dubs it “Classentic”. Classentic combines his artistry in one word — classic and authentic. As a multifaceted musician with a plethora of talents rolled into one, he allows his talent to shine through with every performance.

Furthermore, SXNTYLR uses music and other forms of art to bring awareness to others of their own brilliance and blazing light. His uncle, Roy Taylor Jr. (R.I.P.) best known by DJ Shining Star, was a huge inspiration to him. He pays tribute to his legacy by affectionately referring to his followers, family, and friends as “Shining Stars”.

Since stepping into the spotlight, he has performed and toured with mainstream moguls such as: Lil’ Kim, The Lox, Masta Ace, Skyzoo, Torae, Just Blaze,!llmind, Statik Selektah, Spragga Benz, Beres Hammond, General DV (Alias Khryst), amongst many others. In fact, Lil’ Kim asked him to provide the triumphant TRUMPET blast for her royal-themed celebrity baby shower, which aired to millions of viewers on WeTV. He has also performed on Broadway in the critically acclaimed play “Caroline or Change” directed by George Wolfe. In addition to being featured in numerous TV commercials throughout the years. When speaking on what’s next for SXNTYLR in 2023, the trailblazing talent goes on to say:

What’s Next?

What’s next for me is that this year I’ll be putting on a host of concerts through my company “Respect The Musician”, releasing new merch, and working collaboratively with other dope creatives who take their passions seriously.  Also, I’m gearing up to release a new single entitled “Joe Grine”.  I’m super excited about it!  I’m proclaiming it to be the song of Summer 2023!

Also, I’m working on an EP entitled “Ocean Floor” which is a follow up to my single of the same name.  That project personifies the ‘mood’ approach to the classentic sound where R&B is far more present while the dancehall heartbeat is still felt with a slower tempo.  A lot of great things are in the works and I’m ready for the journey!

“RESPECT THE MUSICIAN” MERCH!
